Navigate to the “Live Exchanges” tab, select the “Accepted Exchanges” tab and enter the tracking number by clicking on the blue “Track” button.

Please go to your “Dashboard” navigate to your “Live Exchanges” tab. Select the “Accepted Exchanges” tab and click on either the “Home” button or the “Download Invoice” button.

Navigate to the “Dashboard” page, select the “Perfect Match Selection” tab to add your preferences.

Please note all subscriptions are automatically renewed. This preference can be changed on your ‘MyAccount’ tab. To upgrade your subscription please Navigate to the “Dashboard” and click on the “Subscription Details” tab.

Navigate to the “Dashboard” from the “My Account” tab on the home page. Select the “Add New Listing” to add a new racket.

Members need to create an account before they can post ads on the platform. Getting started is quick, easy:

    a. Click Login/Register

    b. Click Register Now

    c. Enter your basic details &    choose a password

    d. Choose your preferred package subscription

    e. Click Submit

    f. Login to your Paypal account & submit

a) It would be that we are verifying your racket details - we endeavour to do this within 2 working days.

b) It could be that your racket model may not be on our list and is pending approval from us. We endeavour to do this within 2 working days of listing your racket.

c) The value of your racket may not fulfil the 15% range criteria with all the rackets listed on our platform.Please keep checking ‘The Exchange’ new rackets are listed everyday. 

Please be patient, our servers have thousands of users exchanging at any given time. You can list the racket with the option as “Other” and our team will pick up the request to ensure we have coverage for your make and model.

Please note this can take up to 2 working days to approve.

Please note that users have 72 hours to accept or decline an exchange request before the exchange expires; unfortunately you cannot send the user a reminder. You may wish to remove your sent request should you change your mind prior to the 72 hours resetting.

The Ex-Co team work tirelessly to review our users postings across the world. For user authenticity, we cross check Paypal's security measures on name, D.O.B & address information to ensure this is provided accurately.

We also work closely with all major brands, to help better understand how to verify an orignal, from a fake (just as they do). This is why we have embedded a detailed advertising information gathering process; required via the upload of pictures, serial numbers & invoices as an example to determine authenticity.

Please note that any fraudulent users & advertisements are removed & we black list & delete user accounts in the first instance.

Ex-Co does not get involved, neither do we take any liability for the exchanges that take place between users. We are in simple, a platform connecting users globally. Notwithstanding this we will endeavour to help & assist were we deem appropriate to help rectify.

We continuously conduct market research to ensure we have the most up to date prices of racket makes and models in the market. Our complex algorithm will assess your racket make and model and calibrate the value according to key criteria we believe are necessary to value the racket based on a current market value of the racket. The valuation is therefore is not adjustable and final.

You will still be able to list your racket onto the exchange, but you are more likely to exchange with other users who have listed a valid invoice indicating the purchase of the racket advertised.

Unfortunately, without the minimum 10 pictures required for a listing, you will not be able to list the racket and as a result will not be able to view the rackets on the exchange.

We have made our listing process so simple that rather than edit your existing listing, we would advise you to make a new one & remove the older listing.

There currently may not be any users globally who have such rackets and therefore we have no coverage. We at Ex-Co are continuously updating the coverage of rackets that can be exchanged on the platform. If you feel you would like to have your preference incorporated you can send us an email on info@exchange-company.com with the make and model you are interested in.

Please note it is the users responsibility to keep all payment details up to date to avoid suspended account scenarios.

Our aim is to help our users make the best exchange decisions possible. To help aid this, each user will have a review star system against their individual profile, which will detail the number of exchanges (if any) that particular user has completed & what rating their exchange partner has provided as an overall satisfaction score for that specific exchnage. Users will be rated as an average of 5 stars based on the total number of exchanges they have successfully completed.

Do not forget to rate the exchange under the 'Completed Exchange' tab on your Dashboard!

We currently only accept PayPal registered users as this is our most preferred & secure method. We are continuously reviewing this to make payment accessibility as easy as possible for our users.

Our platform is designed to ensure users with similar quality and price range rackets can transact with ease to avoid users being bombarded with exchange requests that are not in a similar price range. Your “Exchange” tab will only show users who have a ExCo racket valuation of 15% up or down from your ExCo racket valuation; the Exchange is designed to only show such rackets that are in this range.

From the “My Account” tab, navigate to the “Dashboard” and select “Live Exchanges”. Any new notifications will be either shown at the top of the homepage or on the “Live Exchanges” tab.

Ex-Co are the ‘introducer’ of users globally. The responsibility of arranging delivery of listings is solely down to the user. We have provided a ‘Tracking’ feature embedded within the platform where users can update each other on delivery tracking numbers; users have 72 hours to update this.

It is likely that your Perfect Match choice will be added to our list of racket brands and models in the near future. It is also possible that the racket brand and model you have selected as your Perfect Match has never been exchanged on the platform before.

a) Before you can see the live exchange: (i) You must be a subscribed member of ExCo (ii) You must list a racket to exchange.

b) We are verifying your racket details. 

c) Your racket model may not be on our list and is pending approval from our team. We endeavour to do this within 24hours of listing.

d) The value of your racket may not fulfil the 15% range criteria with all the rackets listed on our platform.

You must make at least one racket selection for exchange purposes, when you are on the “The Exchange” tab in order for all perfect matches to be displayed. If you do not make any selection, the perfect matches will be displayed in the list of all possible racket exchanges.

We may have discovered that your racket listing may well not be a genuine racket. We have been monitoring your listing activity and have discovered you are in breach of our T&C’s.
